With over 25 years of diverse experience across pharmaceuticals, healthcare, biotechnology, and life sciences, Srinivasan brings deep strategic insight and executional excellence to the table. He has held leadership roles in several global organizations, where he consistently delivered growth through innovative sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
A specialist in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, Srinivasan has played a pivotal role in helping start-ups successfully enter and scale in competitive markets. His expertise spans launching companies and business verticals in therapeutic areas such as Anti-Infectives, Nutraceuticals, Cardio-Diabetics, and Dermatology.

Notably, he was instrumental in creating a “blue ocean” in the molecular diagnostics space for critical care infections — establishing a new paradigm in this highly specialized domain.

Dipanjan Chakraborty – Scientific Leader | Innovator in Translational Biology

Dipanjan brings over two decades of diverse experience spanning drug discovery informatics, biotechnology, clinical research, and molecular diagnostics. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership and global roles across operations, business development, technical sales, subject matter expertise, and scientific marketing.
He has contributed extensively to drug discovery programs, product development, and clinical research services, and has been instrumental in generating scientific and clinical evidence for the application of molecular diagnostics in critical care infections. His work has helped bridge the gap between bench science and bedside solutions.
An expert in ideation, conceptualization, design, and dissemination of scientific research, Dipanjan has authored several publications and is widely recognized for his ability to translate complex science into impactful solutions.
He is currently pursuing a PhD in Neuroimmunology and is deeply committed to advancing the understanding and diagnosis of autoimmune neurological disorders.
