‘Return’ means an action of giving back the product ordered at by the consumer. The following situations may arise which may cause the action of return of product:
  1. Product(s) delivered do not match your order
  2. Product(s) delivered are past or near to its expiry date (with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry)
  3. Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not to accept any product which has a tampered seal)

In the aforesaid unlikely situations, if there is something wrong with the order, we would be happy to assist and resolve your concern. You may raise a Return request with our customer care within 07 (Seven) days from the delivery of the product. ZeiniX reserves the right to cancel the Return request, if the customer reaches out to us after 7 days of delivery. Return is not applicable for any other reasons apart from the ones aforementioned.

Upon receiving your Return/Refund request, ZeiniX shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If ZeiniX finds that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Return and Refund process. Refund will be processed within 10 days from time of product returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and stored as per storage conditions recommended in the product label.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. After deducting the payment gateway charges and freight charges.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If your refund has been approved by ZeiniX, and if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
